This Privacy Policy explains what information the DeLaMar Theatre Club website ("we", "us", "the site") collects when you use it, how we use that information, and the choices you have. DeLaMar Theatre Club is a community group on Roblox and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
Who this applies to
This policy covers the DeLaMar Theatre Club website only. It does not cover the Roblox platform, our Roblox experiences, or any third-party service (such as Discord), each of which has its own privacy policy.
Information we collect
When you sign in, we use Roblox OAuth (Roblox's official "Sign in with Roblox" system). We never see or store your Roblox password. From Roblox we receive and store:
- Your Roblox user ID
- Your Roblox username and display name
- Your Roblox avatar image
When you use the site, we also store content you choose to create, such as:
- Reviews you write for shows and rides
- Suggestions you submit
- Cast or staff applications you fill in
- Showtime reservations (tickets) you claim
For security and abuse prevention, our server keeps a limited activity log of certain actions (for example, signing in or submitting content). This log may include your IP address, browser user-agent string, the action taken, and a timestamp.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is an HttpOnly, signed session cookie — it does not contain personal data, and we do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If you sign out, the cookie is cleared.
How we use your information
- To sign you in and keep your session active
- To display your name and avatar alongside content you post
- To operate features like reviews, suggestions, applications, and ticketing
- To moderate the community and keep the site safe
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where your data is stored
The site is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages, Workers, and the D1 database). Your data is processed and stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details on their practices.
Data retention
We keep your account information and content for as long as your account exists or as needed to operate the site. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove your profile and associated content, except where we must keep limited records (such as moderation logs) to protect the community.
Your choices
- You can sign out at any time to end your session.
- You can ask us to access or delete the data associated with your account.
- You can choose not to submit reviews, suggestions, or applications.
Children's privacy
Roblox is used by people of all ages, including children. We only collect the limited information described above and do not knowingly request additional personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information they shouldn't have, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may also be announced on our Roblox group.
